Out To Lunch

I took a power nap on our way to lunch with Grandad, Honey, and Jen. I am so glad I did because there was so much to see and do outside the restaurant. The food at Tommy Bahama's was great too.

Always check the weather channel...

Notice how dark the sky is in this picture. Soon after we were caught in a down pour that inspired us to take a day trip out of the storms reach. (Luckily we had our trusty raincoats.)

Apalachicola

Cape San Blas

Here is a rare glimpse at my regal steed and coach.

Eating a Florida Orange on the beach in Florida.
How appropriate is that.

I loved hunting for seashells.

Check out this playground we found...

Splish! Splash!

Look at this cool slide!

The Red Bar

Mama and Papa love to start off the beach trip with a visit to the Red Bar. I loved The Red Bar again this year. The music was great. I also liked staying up past my bedtime. I will be glad when I am old enough to try the crab cakes.

Strawberry Patch

Today, Mama, Papa, and I went to the Strawberry Patch. We picked a bucketful of strawberries to take home. (Mama and I ate a bucketful while we were there too.) We also got to visit with some animals. I loved watching the goats reach through the fence to eat grass out of our hands.

Happy Mother's Day!

Today we celebrated Mommy! Papa had to work so after church, Mama and I drove to Athens to hang out with him during his mid-day break. First we had a relaxing lunch. It may have been a little too relaxing because I do not remember any of it. After lunch, we went to the park and played.

Homework Already?

Here is my first homework project. I had to make a poster all about me for "Social Studies".

FUN DAY

Mama, Papa, Jen, and I all went to Honey's Church preschool for Fun Day. It was a blast! My favorite part was the petting zoo. I got to pet chickens, a bunny, goats, sheep, lamas, and a sheep dog. I got to feed several of the animals including the baby goat which I got to give a bottle. I finally got to jump in a jumpy thing. I also got to play some fun games and make some neat art projects. I even won some prizes and ate a little cotton candy.

Thank you to all the nice ladies for making me feel so welcome! I hope I get to go to Fun Day again next year.
